Exclusions To Returns:
Special orders, Video projectors & plasma displays, CDR's and other media, fog, bubble, snow, haze liquids, turntable cartridges and styli, crossfaders, slipmats, computer software, Replacement lamps. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. If your item was shipped for free, any returns or exchanges on that item will incur the actual shipping costs.

How to handle your return:
Simply contact a Customer Support Representative and we will issue a RMA # (Return Authorization #). We will not accept any return without an RA # authorized from Abracadabra. PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO WRITE ON OR MARK THE ORIGINAL BOX FOR THE PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE BOXED IN ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX FOR RETURN.

Instructions to Return products:
Call our Customer Support Representatives and request a return authorization number. In order to receive full credit, returned merchandise must be re-boxed in "new" condition in the original packaging along with the instruction manuals, packing, warranty cards, and accessories. Any damages, missing items, markings on the original box for the product will result in a re-stocking fee of 15%.
